Our stationary Measuring Instruments for air-operated screwdrivers allow the highly accurate, extreme dynamic and fully automatic acquisition, storage and analysis of your torque- and angle values.

The direct and simple selection of functions on the touch screen assures a direct and fast operation of the device functions. Difficult to understand navigation is a thing of the past and elaborate operator training is not needed.
Most modern microprocessor technology, EMC-suitable overall design, high degree of protection and wide-range of networking capabilities are some of the essential features of these measuring instruments. Only through the combination of an analog peak-value memory with a high sampling rate of the analog digital converter of the ME 1000 it is possible to accurately record highly dynamic tightening procedures for hard screw joints.
The signal preparation takes place based on the new VDI-guideline 2647. Naturally, all relevant measuring metrics are traceable to national standards. With each instrument a suitable calibration certificate is supplied, in accordance with DIN 17025. We offer an extensive calibration service for the regular checkup of your measuring instrument.
All measurement devices are connected to the system PLC via galvanically isolated input and outputs. Simple operation startup is guaranteed – signal exchange can be realized with just a few cables. Of course this measurement device can also be used for independent operation. Incorrect screw assemblies are displayed on the device itself. Its software allows the setting of various operator languages as well as various measurement units (metric, inch). Corresponding printers are also available.

For fully automatic measurement value recording on screwdriving stations with the pneumatic tools MICROMAT-C/MINIMAT-C and integrated strain-gauge torque transducers.
The analog signal generated by the transducer is transformed directly into measurement values by an AD-converter. Additionally the angle can be monitored if the screwdriver is equipped with a sensor.

For fully automatic measurement value recording on screwdriving stations with the pneumatic tools MICROMAT-C/MINIMAT-C and integrated Piezoelectric torque transducers.
The charge generated by the transducer is transformed into electric load by a highly precise charge amplifier; this load is then converted by a fast AD-converter into a readable measurement value. Additionally the angle can be monitored if the screwdriver is equipped with a sensor.
